If you view raw veganism from a practical stand point you'll see how great it is for people funtioning sub-par.
For instance, digestion is quite often drastically inhibited, fruit is easily digested compared to meats. Fruits, vegetables and nuts and seeds contain all the nutrients you need as long as you eat enough calories. There is virtually no need to supplement on thst diet except for maybe b12.
