Re: My dry fasting journey - part 4

Hi hghbuzz,
at the end of the last year I completed almost 6 days, to be honest 130+ hours.

In the beginning of 2014 I started high fat low carbohydrate diet (HF LCD) with enhanced intake of protein foods and amino acids (also creatinе powder). The idea is to shift the body energy consumption from carb sources to fat sources, in other words I wanted to prepare my metabolism to use ketosis before commencing of the fast.

At the moment I am on my 84th hour.
The first two days I had slight to moderate headache which took me in the bed almost sleeping. The second two days I am feeling better but two walks a day are more than enough to exhaust my energy.

I cannot see any fat burning effects neither I could monitor my weight or waist measure, while at the seaside.

I will list my goals again:
1. to stop excessive perspiration
2. to heal herniated disc (already in very good condition)
3. nasal ailments (running nose, sinusitis)
4. hemorrhoids (almost healed)
5. reduction of body fat
6. building musclular body
7. improving the quality of my skin.
8. I also have hope that my 0.5 myopia could be healed.

I need to motivate myself everyday in order to endure the fast. I consider listing my goals as an excellent motivational method.

I would appreciate sharing you measures and achievements, hghbuzz.
