Re: Sticky stool

Your stools are a good indicator to overall health. Sticky or greasy stools are a sure sign of an active immune response due to a pathogen or pathogens. In a perfect world, your stools would be small pellets like a deer's and there would be no smell. You wold not even have to wipe (although I would advise it.) If your stools are not like this, your immune system needs some work. The first order is to determine what you have. From the sound of it, you may have more than one pathogen. Get diagnosed and then you can head in the right direction. As for now, eat no processed foods, no meats (I hate that too) and organic vegetables. The book Super Immunity by Dr Joel Fuhrman gives a good style of eating and I would highly recommend reading it.
