Hi you may be lactose intolerance that will produce bacteria in the gut because you lack the enzyme to digest dairy products. After awhile you will start to smell like feces, rotten eggs, sour milk among other unpleasant odors. Also, you can get a peptic ulcer as I did from the bacteria. Please start taking lactose enzymes and get tested for the ulcer. after I took the prescription and enzymes I was odor free.
