Re: My HC weaning experience & Sea salt. So far So good

We will see if helps. It works as an Elimination Diet for food sentivities. We'll see if I can do it too as I still have to eliminate eggs (nuuuuuu) and nuts. Then Im on it. But for that I need to make a great mealplan because I want to be sure I get all the macros and calories I need.

I was planning to do bone broth but not he 24h one like on those webs. With 5h you can get a gelatin.bone broth. If there is gelatin is enough good for me. I found a plce where they sell meat from pasteured horses so I will ask if I can buy bones from them.

And dont know if I will do the ferments.... I did once a homemade ketchup which was great. And then I did ferment it with whey so it would last weeks.in the fridge. Well in he end yes it did ferment but for bad. I had to keep it in the bin :+)

Not so sure if fermented food and me are friends. Im up to try kombucha.
