Thank you very much for all this information. I found it to be very helpful.

I recently fasted with nothing but water and apples for just under three days, although on the second day I added Bentonite and psyllium.

I had two tablespoons of olive oil when I broke the fast. The day after, I eliminated a mucoid plaque with my stool. I was amazed!

I'm considering a much longer fast, such as the one you recommend, but I'm not up to it yet. Still, I very much appreciated your information and help.
