Thanks for posting this. I'm finnishing up day 3 of my first Master-Cleanse and it's honstly not been too hard. Which for me is AMAZING as I have zero will power. I was beginning to wonder what was going on inside me.

Quick question though, because you seem like a vetern MCer, everyone talks about a "white coated tongue" and so far mine seems to be fairly normal looking. Is something wrong?
