Makes me wanna go the full deal, instead of the 5 days I was planning.
The main reason I don't want to go longer is just cos I get so damn skinny, it takes months to build back all my strength so I can go out there and eat restaurant food and beer again!!! (haha)
Seriously though, this highlights that 1. extended fast = extended results and 2. the first few days....are the hardest.
Most people only do a few days and then give up! What a shame, to get all the pain, and none of the pleasure or the lasting results.
