I've bought 35% food grade H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) and 2% Lugol's iodine. I'm about to start taking it in a few weeks. I've got to do a parasite cleanse (wormwood,clove,walnut) and Liver Flush (epsom,olive oil,grapefruit) before I take oral Iodine and H2O2. Until I finish my parasite & liver cleanse, I've been putting a couple of drops of 2% Lugol's in my homemade zinc oxide sunscreen (20% ZnO, 80% jojoba oil).

My question is if you've taken H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) and Iodine orally simultaneously, what was your experience? Helpful,harmful, no effect??
