Re: Help with my vit's B experience. Is this normal?

Hi Joe, after lots of reading here thats what I thought too. But I mistaken 1 pill of 200mg as a low.dose as everywhere they are talking about 400mg or even.higher doses.

So my mistake has been thinking I was starting low which I wasnt. No for my body.

I plan to.stay for some days out of B to recover from them. Get more C as it doesnt cause problems. I will try again with B's as I find amazing the effect I noticed. Bit this time will.start soooo much slow. With a quarter as you said.

I didnt know if you can have B through the day, wondering if they can interfere with sleep.

I was on 20mg HC for 2 years. Part of it on 30mg. I have managed to get down to 15mg and since a month ago I wean little.by little.

Im the last 4 days I'm on 11mg. We'll see.how I feel today.

I heard here the.B12 problem, just dont.know.yet what the problem is.

I bought 100mg B Complex because in my research that looked like a safe dose.

But as you said I will.have to.built up slower.

My focus now.is to eliminate HC :-) I want to do some.testing to have a better and.more acurate picture of whats going on. And.for that I need to be out of HC.

Also I never loved this.med and I hope I can get a similar effect in a natural way.

There is at least 2 natural protocols I want to try but I cant because HC. So HC is stopping.my recovery.

In te future if I see living with a small.dose of HC can.be a etter option I will do so.

Dr. Myhill.sais in Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome patients just 5mg is a therapeutic enough dose. But many doctors including her will only give you HC as a LAST resort. Its a serious medicine.

The problem is many doctors dont know nothing about these things and they happily give you a high dose for life.
