he he... well I was before this mini-protocol on a multi-vit and mineral complex and 1.000mg vit C (without bioflavonoids) Both did help me a bit. For example if I didnt take my multimineral my hair would look worst (I have had hair loss this years)
So the new thing is the B5 + B complex.
If after a few days Im still feeling this bad I would drop B5 for a while.
