I'm saying it may take a long time for the thyroid to recover. Every cell in the body is hungry for iodine, and the body distributes that Iodine where it wants to. I would suspect that it supplies the needs of the ovaries, uterus & breasts before other parts of the body. Be patient. I think Ginagirl reported it took her a long time to recover, also.
