Nah! for the.moment Im not on the" megadose thing"

As I barely take anything apart from.HC I do notice quickly the effect of things.

Plus some years ago when I had like IBS none supplement did anything to me.

But after following the diet that doesnt hurts me nowadays if I take a suplement I can notice a big difference.

I heard about the healing center and I like it. Definely will look again into it.

More thing to.study or think.about :-)
