With macros I meant carbs proteins and fats. Dont know if we are talking about same thing.

Like I want to dont follow my diet so liberally. I want to know how many carbs, proteins... Im eating to see if they seems right to me.

I know another person that got all f***ed up from Lams megadoses protocol. I thought Lam was agaisnt hormone therapy.
