Roundworms

HI. I recently got diagones with Ascaris and got a prescription of vermox. I have the first six pills and im no waiting for 14 days to pass so i take the next six pills.
I have no idea how long i had this.
I was in Egypt last April and wondered if i had gotten it there . But last summer my kids had threadworms and we all took vermox. I didnt notice any roundworms then. A few weeks ago my kids got threadworms again. So we took vermox again. One day after the last dose of vermox a big Ascaris came out of my butt. Im not sure if it came out because of the vermox or not ? The vermox dose for threadworms are much smaller so maybe it dosnt affect the roundworms ? And if so could i then have had Ascaris since april last year and not noticed despite doing two rounds of vermox for pinworms ?
Im was wondering to take some herb supplements while im waiting to take the next dose. Is this ok to do ? Can taking herbs cause the vermox to not do its job properly ? Can herbs cause the worms to scatter ? And if i dont take a herbs these two weeks is it still a good idea to eat maintain a certain diet that the worms dont like ?
