I agree. It is very difficult to follow. When I am rigorously
parasite cleansing, my entire diet consists of:
Avocados - 2-3 per day....I never eat them at room temperature. I always put them in the fridge or I freeze them and let them thaw first, and they taste like a vanilla creamy dessert treat. I usually eat a full one of them before my entree of plain turkey or chicken, covered in liberal amounts of extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan salt. Or before/after eating a salad such as red and green romaine leaves. Avocados have shown to increase absorption of nutrients such as beta carotene by 600% when eaten together. They are also anti-inflammatory, soothing to the gut, provide essential linoleic fatty acids, are rich in potassium, and stabilizes blood
Sugar levels. For these reasons I consider them the perfect food and perfect fruit. Most importantly,
parasites can't get any nutrition from them at all.
Aside from avocados, olive oil (pour it over my meats and fish), turkey, chicken, and salmon (all unseasoned, unprocessed). I also eat leafy greens such as red and green romaine, spinach, arugula, oak leaf, chard, parsley, cilantro, and kale. Algae such as Chlorella and Spirulina (Hawaiian grown not China), raw egg yolks, Dr. Christopher's super hot cayenne extract, raw sauerkraut, and pink Himalayan salt. That literally consists of 90-95% of my anti-parasitic diet.
I can also eat raw cacao nibs, any raw (not roasted) nuts or seeds without feeding them (pecans, almonds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc.),but I seldom do as I find them harder to digest (they are still very healthy and good foods.) I don't eat any snacks or food between meals except for anti-parasitic remedies such as oregano oil, cayenne extract, diatomaceous earth, or
Black-Walnut Wormwood cloves extract (which I cycle on/off because of the
Wormwood ).
I supplement with magnesium glycinate and also have
Lugol's Iodine 2% tincture, fat soluble vitamin b1 & b12 complex, vitamin c, vitamin d, milk thistle seed extract, and a few others. All of which I take at random times throughout the day or every other day. For example when I'm making dinner I'll spontaneously decide to put a couple drops of the
Iodine with the oregano oil and milk thistle seed in water and drink it without thinking twice about it. I don't follow a strict regime for vitamin/mineral supplements, but I take small-moderate doses at random times to ensure I'm not deficient. Our bodies need all kinds of micronutrients, so it's essential to make sure we're getting them somehow.
I know others who can stomach non-starchy vegetables such as cucumber, broccoli, and
Celery without feeding them. Perhaps even a natural whey protein powder that is micro-filtered and low-heated. The only brand I've found suitable is Whey To Go's Natural Vanilla whey protein powder.
I've noticed that the deeper I
parasite cleanse, the more sensitive and hyper-aware I become of the foods that feed them. My case might be unique, or maybe I just had/have a very heavy infection. But I can tell within seconds (literally) after swallowing a food if it feeds them or not. I get immediate palpitations, stomach gurgling/pain, dizziness (for a few seconds), and irritability. Mind you when I am not cleansing and if I ate everything under the sun, I would not experience this. But once I go on a super strict cleanse it changes everything, and then it's hard to want to go back to "normal" eating with flour, starches, berries, sugar, etc.
But one thing I do know for sure. As I said my diet consists primarily of avocados, olive oil, leafy greens, turkey, chicken, and salmon. Yet in my stools I always see tons and tons of rice pieces/corn kernels that resemble nothing I could have possibly eaten. I used to think maybe it was pecans until I stopped eating them but the pieces kept appearing. Everytime I've tried to cleanse (this is my 3rd time) I see these same pieces start appearing. I've heard it's tapeworm, but who knows. I also see long, clear, threadlike worms that are almost see-through. I don't know what they are, but all I know is that whatever I'm doing is working, but it sure is hard as hell and the process isn't short nor easy.
I wish I could eat berries, rice, teas, potatoes, etc. and still get rid of all the parasites. It seems a lot of people on this forum can eat whatever they want and they notice no difference. Nope not me. Everyone I've told to try the diet I'm on tells me the same thing: It's extremely hard to follow at first, cravings are very strong, and it will make you feel terrible at first, punctuated by periods of feeling better than you've ever felt before. And the deeper you cleanse, the more you are able to stay in the 'feeling amazing' state and get out of the 'addiction/craving die-off' state. But it doesn't happen overnight.
Everyone's different and you should see what works for you. If stevia doesn't bother you then go for it, but for me it definitely would. Even the gelatin in capsules feeds them, it's ridiculous. I used to try and cheat around my diet by going 'zero starch/sugar' meanwhile I would be craving almond milk, stevia, artificial and natural sweeteners, etc. All things that are technically "Zero sugar" but now I know I was craving them for a reason...or I should say, THEY were craving them. I'd never found a way to counter super strong
Sugar and
parasite cravings other than cutting out trigger foods cold turkey and with time. The closest thing is Himalayan salt, which I will admit I've used a lot of it and it has helped tremendously.
If it doesn't suck then it's probably not working. I've never heard of someone who's heavily infected that can kill all their
parasites without experiencing die-off or intense cravings for at least a short period of time. These things are primitive organisms with primitive nervous systems. And they latch on to you, and feed off you, making you crave what they need to survive. For someone who's been infested for a long time and is just starting to address the problem, it can be a very rough few weeks/months trying to kill these things. I'm no different, along with mostly all people on this forum.
No one knows how to fully kill all
parasites 100% or which treatment is undoubtedly most effective. All we can do is share what we've learned with others and what has worked for us, and hopefully others will do the same. Aside from the common 'dirty dozen' parasites that many people are believed to have, there are probably much more undiscovered and unheard of that cause just as much havoc. Doctors are still in the dark ages when it comes to parasites, so it's mostly on us to figure it out for ourselves. All we can do is try our best and be patient and open minded, and trust that in time results will come. And then you can share the knowledge you've learned and pass it down to someone else who will do the same. All the while we are still in the same boat as one another, dealing with the same general problem to differing degrees of severity and different kinds of culprits (parasites).
That's my take on it and I hope it helps you in some way, good luck and thanks for posting.
