I personally would like to shoot for a 5:1 A to D ratio. You do have more A than D so it may not be a problem BUT if you start to get side effects commonly associated with too much D you may want to consider cutting it back or adding more A.
Your K isnt ideal. There is a lot of controversy on what and how much is best. K7 seems to have a long half life but even so doesnt seem to be as effective as K4. I personally like lef.orgs superk product has a good amount of all 3 K's.
Also note that increasing D intake can increase your bodies ability to use magnesium so if your low on magnesium and start taking D you very well could find yourself needing much more magnesium.
As for your post above about an Iodine loading test I would wait until you have been on 50mg for at least 6 months before taking it. Then you will have a much better chance of being sufficient.
