I would consider bumping your selenium up to 400mcg.

As far as your labs go you are taking exogenous thyroid in the form of nature-throid which is combination thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3).

The body has built in feedback mechanisms that monitor and alter natural hormonal output to keep things where your body feels they should be.

ANYTIME you take in an external hormone, whether it be sex hormone (progesterone, estrogen, testosterone etc etc) or thyroid or whatever, you are artificially elevating said hormone levels and going to have an impact on natural product of what ever hormone it is and it precursors. Your never going to be able to determine what your true hormonal output is as long as you are taking external hoemones because they will inhibit natural production.
