am just wary of increasing the free-floating toxins for the moment (am doing full-time study, it's my income for these recovery efforts).
My first try on Lignul MSM didn't give any side effects - I went with a 1/4 cutdown of a 1500 mg tablet.
Some folk report hyperactivity on MSM, but that may be from folk with a more intact system.
On a side note, I raced one of the threads you participated on, discussing cloves, and manganese.
Rather like cloves, even if they do kill my tastebuds. ;)
