Emotional detox crying spell after iodine solved with A, D, K
I was facing the storm of crying spells and hopelessness last night that come with iodine-related emotional detox-
That state where
Iodine shunts bromine and flouride and mercury and what-the-hell-have-you out of the emotional centers of the brain-
What a ride!
I ended up finding a very quick fix to it!
Here's the story.
I woke around 3 am with the stiff fingers and achey muscles again, yuck! I went downstairs and made a salt-potassium-C batch of water (1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp potassium chloride, 1/2 tsp sodium ascorbate (yes, yes, I know, I'll switch to Ascorbic Acid as soon as possible :o)), drank...
And then tried to deal with a candida flareup in a tender spot (all women who wear pants know that there are times when this happens, I'm sure) with some apple cider vinegar and Lugol's.
I headed up to bed again then, had a magnesium taurate to help back into sleep..
My stomach went gassy and loose right at that point, and then a bit afterwards, I started sobbing.
Reeeaally sobbing.
I think the
Iodine was hitting my bloodstream and was absorbing really quickly from my skin.
I did a forum search in the
Iodine support area for crying and the like, several people have reported it and connected it with bromine detox.
Some of you here are maybe familiar with spiritual sensitivity. I was seeking comfort in prayer, and like two times last night, I had the image in my mind of being served a heaping spoonfull of oil. I took it as a prompting and gulped some sunflower seed oil the first time, but that didn't stop the waterworks.
The second time I sensed the spoonful of oil, I went downstairs, grabbed a mouthful of the same oil, and then followed a bit of logic, and used the oil-soluable vitamins from my armory (supplements cabinet :P ).
About 5 minutes after that, the sobbings began to ease away, and I was able to fall into a peaceful, calm sleep.
The mix I used was
2000 mcg MK-4
700 mcg MK-7
2000 mcg K1
40,000 mg retinyl palminate (vit A)
2000 mg cholecalciferol (vit D)
1 tablespoon organic coldpressed sunflower seed oil for absorbtion
I think there's something deeper than alone bromide detox during a crying spell like that- it'd take a lot more research to dig into, but it seems logical to me that you'd get neurons 'crying out' for fat-soluable helpers after shunting out the bad halides.
Neural cells are embedded in fat. The brain is a structure of neurons embedded in it, and human fat cells are actively a part of the immune system-
in cases of schitzofrenia, severe sleep deprivation/insomnia, and other mental illnesses, there's visual evidence for a structural breakdown of the parts supporting the brain. (MRI scans of damaged space compared up against normal brain structure, I've seen this on documentaries)
Not to mention, glial cells around the branches of neurons themselves are also fat-based (!)
The iodine may be activating processes within the brain that require fat-soluable vitamins.
I'm lacking some background data there, except on vitamin D3-
cholecalciferol limits the amount of stress signals sent between glial cells
D3 alone does not do it under emotional detox with iodine, I experienced that last year.
vitamin D and vitamin A both potentiate eachother's actions and multiply the receptors for each nutrient on cell walls
I get the feeling that vitamin K (MK4) is most responcible for the antidepressant, calming effect, but far from as effective with the other two in two.
Not to mention the vital role of the essential fatty acids, but that's another story, another day
Discuss, yus?
