Re: Emotional detox crying spell after iodine solved with A, D, K
The three articles linked to in your forum thread present an interesting thought!
There have been those rare occasions when supplementing l-optizinc that I feel a flood of warmth throughout the internal organs.
I have tried to be cautious to this point with zinc supplementation because it's had the effect of exacerbating anemia symptoms last year, and I've read that it can displace Hg a bit too fast in the body.
NAC is a mixed bag of nuts, it's reported to induce a state of oxygen deprivating for some of the cells in the body, and I did experience breathlessness when trying a full 200mg tablet dose some three years ago (before beginning the dental cleanup).
(fizzing tablet, an OTC cold remedy here in DK)
Do you know any possible links between copper toxicity and insulin resistance?
The advice I have been following to date on supplementation has the individual using copper secabate as a companion to l-optizinc, but it sounds as if it may be doing me more harm than good for the moment.
Learn, learn, relearn, adjust.
The L-optizinc supplement I have currently is a 15:1 copper ratio with an amino-acid chelated copper, and I have manganese as well, in the armory.
I'm reading further on
//www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1346183 . (Copper Toxicity at minerals support forum).
I don't know if it's relevant, but the taste of l-optizinc (zink-methionine) has been making me feel nauseous.
From reading, it looks like the potassium-salt-C water could have set copper loose.. I don't see yet how
Iodine would fit into the pattern?
Or, for that matter, how the A-D-K supplementation abated the emotional imbalance?
... Perhaps indirectly with supporting the liver to dump some of that?
I take it my report reminded you of copper toxicity.
I may try higher levels of zinc and manganese next.
The manganese tends to make my throat narrow (thyroid swelling) though, so it may be wisest to keep that low, until the
Amalgams are cleared and MSM is in the supplementation patterns.
Thoughts appreciated.
