I would leave aout the gluten for a while. It has being said many times is bad for AF'ers.
AF'ers tendo to have problems with sugar, hypoglucemia, etc. So we should try to don´t get Sugar crashes. I manage this by eating protein at every meal + nice amounts of salt.
Fruit first thing in the morning doesn't seem a good idea regarding Sugar crashes.
Could you try to do the juice at other time, or mayve even by the end of breakfast?
Your routine looks great apart from the gluten thing eveywhere :-)
