Help with adrenal fatigue, stuck in a rut :

Hi, im fairly new to curezone but sadly not to adrenal fatigue. Ive made some progress in healing so far but im stuck in a rut. I started drinking warm lemon water in the morning (read it was good for many things) on an empty stomach and a blend of vegetables (after the lemon water, also on an empty stomach). I felt great with this (it might be good to note that when i first started i just happened to get sick for about 3 days not sure if its related though), it gave me great energy and my anxiety was almost non existent all of a sudden, however as time went on (about 2 weeks maybe) i felt the hypoglycemia coming back (couldnt even go 2 hours without eating) my Acne worsened and my bowel movements became very messy and dark. So i decided to stop the lemon water and shakes all together, i stopped for about 3 days and the hypoglycemia was better each day but the anxiety came back and i felt fatigued again. So i started again with the shakes (except now i drink it with my breakfast and i put 1/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt and a spoonful of coconut oil). The vegetables i put in are baby spinach, Celery and beets and green bell pepper. Ive been back to drinking it for about a week now and the hypoglycemia seems to be coming back once again. So im not sure what i should do because if i stop, the anxiety comes back and i feel fatigued again. Ive read about vegetable juices having a detoxing affect so i think maybe im getting the benefits of the vegetables (energy, less anxiety) but the negative effects as well from the detoxing? (worse acne, hypoglycemia, weird bowel movements). So i was thinking maybe eliminate beets from the shake because of higher Sugar content? Or maybe eliminate the shake all together and see if i continue to make progress without it? Or drink it every few days? Or maybe when i was drinking it on an empty stomach i released too many toxins and thats the problem? As for right now im going to eliminate the beets from the drink and see what happens.

My daily routine and diet: Wake up at 7am (on school days, 8am on weekends): breakfast- 1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, and 1 piece of weetabix cereal with a little almond milk.

-Im usually hungry arount 9:40-10:00 so ill snack on nuts.

lumch 11am- peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread with a few baby carrots and cucumber

afternoon snack 2 or 2:30- nuts and an apple.

dinner 5pm- usually grilled chicken, broccoli, and brown rice or mashed potatoes.

night snack 8pm- bell peppers 1 quarter slices of each (red, green, red, orange), peanut butter and honey sandwich, and cottage cheese).

I meditate for 15 minutes and im in bed by 9:45 at the latest.
