Re: How to dry fast? What are the dangers?
Hi folks,
I know this is 3 years later, but I have done a few 5 day
Water Fasts and now recently may have some insight into this issue.
I was recently in the carribbean, and I started really seeing some big health improvements. (I like in Toronto, Canada.) One thing I took back with me was salt water; I started adding some
Sea Salt to much of my water.
Now, the last fast I did was just over a year ago, and I felt kind of messed up at the end of it. I am starting to maybe understand why...
I have basically had a lot of anxiety feelings in my chest since then. The funny thing is that since I started drinking more salt water, that fluttery feeling in my chest is GONE, 100%.
Anyway, I am gearing up for another fast next week. 5 days; the plan is day 1 - lightly salted water, as per usual, days 2-4 dry, then back to water on day 5, then break it. We shall see!
