I don't believe in a ropeworm and I don't think it's intestinal flukes.
You need to test something for me. Do Albendazole only and Praziquantel only and see what 'works more'.
IMO it's albendazole which is working you said " feeling movements of large parasites in my small intestine area, wiggling/sharp intermittent pain in liver and possibly lung." That's sounds like a roundworm infection to me esp when you can feel them. Also the risk infection assessment supports it as well. Reg stool pic it's hard to say.
Now you not alone reg " parasites resistant to anti-parasitic meds". Same situation here as with many. In my situation albendazole gives me a massive relive by 90% however about 10% or some still alive and after a week or so they come back in numbers again. It's way more disturbing that one can even imagine as to why. But that's another topic on it's own. Anyway...
I also recommend to try pyrantel pamoate next to see if you can 'extract' anything. Reg dose get back to me via PM.
