His recommendations sound really good...those are almost identical to mine. I think you will find the red lamp very helpful. I use one for about 45 minutes every morning, then follow with my coffee enema. Did he recommend enemas? Also, get plenty of rest. If you can begin going to bed early (by 9), that will help, too. And the nights you feel extra tired, go to bed even earlier. All the changes our bodies make does take a lot of energy. And once you are detoxing metals, you will be even more tired. At least that's what I find.
