My practitioner uses Standard Process Supplements, I trust him a lot I just wanted to kind of see what everyone else thought about where I stand.
My List goes:
Zypan (HCL,Pepsin,Enzymes) 2 with each meal
Zinc Liver Chelate 2 2 2
Calcium Lactate 4 4
Magnesium Lact 2 2
Drenamin 1 1
Manganese B12 1 1
Org bound Minerals 3 3
A-F Betafood 5 5 until after Gallbladder flush
Catalyn (Multi) 2 2
Vitamin D 10,000 IU daily for a month then reduce
I noticed my copper was low compared to zinc, but he seems to think this is because I have hidden copper or biounavailable copper. He said that is what makes my zinc appear higher but really I am very zinc deficient.
His main recommendations until I see him again in a few weeks were to lay off of all fruits and be very careful with my carb intake because of my CA/MG, to eat a protein snack every 2 hours of the day, 70% cooked vegetables, 20% lean meat, 10% Nuts/Carbs, 3
quarts of spring water a day, sit under a near infrared light pointed at my liver daily (no full saunas yet tho), and to follow supplement protocol. All of which I have been very good about. I am very low energy compared to how I used to be a few years ago, but I seem to be able to be much more active then others I have read who are in four lows and such a NA/K inversion.
