Re: My First Hair Results.
Welcome Spearit
Not sure I can help as I'm lousey with interpreting hair results. But I've added the link that someone kindly gave me to help understand the ratios - the most important aspect. All I can make out is that your Mg/CA shows sugar/insulin issues and Ca/K shows sluggish thyroid and most interesting is your ZN/CU - shows copper deficiency! Most of us have copper toxicity. My first hair test was similar to yours (four lows) except for the ZN/CU. Mine showed copper toxicity. Like me you are also slow oxidiser. But some people have found ARL and TEI (another hair analysis lab) differ at times about oxidisation rate on a hair analysis. In my case both ARL and TEI defined me as slow oxidiser.
But you can see it all for yourself in following link http:

and here is for four lows explanation

You also have very high level Mercury, higher than mine. You will find as you begin to dump heavy metals (first layer of chemical burden), a second layer of heavy metals will reveal themselves especially for instance Led (from what I see in your hair analysis similar to mine). I now have arsenic and Led which hardly registered in my first hair test. It's a good thing, body begins to dump and infections, other heavy metals begin to reveal themselves.
Anyway, hopefully someone more cluey might be able to respond to any other insight into your test results. As Phoneixceliac said, it would be good to know what your practionter advised, do you have one? What supplements were recommended by the lab and practitoner?
