Well I have problems diving too due to dizziness sometimes, heart palpitations and dificulty to see things right when I'm moving.
I do have noise in the ears or maybe the brain. But the type of noise like tinnitus I only get it sometimes. The rest of the time is like a room with lots of frigdges in it type of noise.
This things get better or worse depending on my overall health.
Going to sleep at 10-10'30 helps me being stroger the next day.
For me, the bloating and gas finished once I ditched the gluten and other grains.
