I had a lot of those symptoms when my "Adrenal Fatigue" was at its worst. Including difficulty balancing. I had bad digestion, tinnitus, heart palpitations, angina, ptosis of the left eyelid, tachycardia, anxiety attacks, gas, bloating, etc. I've also had dry and sore skin, hair loss, sore scalp / scalp pimples, energetic days / mania, fatigue / afternoon drowsiness, dry lips, angular cheilitis, dry mouth during sleep, poor sleep (difficulty getting to sleep, waking early and unable to get back to sleep), groggy waking, postprandial hunger, postprandial rhinorrhea, postprandial fatigue, postprandial tachycardia, elevated throat mucus production, sneezing fits, cold sores, loss of libido, libido bursts, achy feeling / popping / tearing (connective tissue problems), sore joints, cloudy urine, itchy/leaking anus, hemorrhoids, ass pimples, increase in floaters in my vision, increase flashes in my vision, memory problems, intolerance to cold and heat, cold extremities, numb toes, dehydration, unquenchable thirst, inability to hold hydration / frequent urination, irritability / despair, mental performance drop / confusion, poor diction / enunciation (slurring words, stuttering, misspeaking), small itchy spots, diarrhea, constipation, chronic nausea, sharp and short headaches, orthostatic hypotension, shortness of breath, heartburn, inner elbow rash...
It's been fun!
I believe all these symptoms were related to my L-HPA axis being dysregulated. Calming down and getting regular sleep have been the main things to help, as far as I can tell. There are other things you can do to support your body while you heal, and it's actually important to support your body through the process, but the healing is from re-regulation, again, as far as I can tell.
I don't know if my issue is your issue, though. But I think it's the same one for a lot of the folks here.
