Parasites and the Small Intestine

I've done quite a bit of reading on parasites removal, coffee enema's and the large and small intestine. What I can't seem to figure out is how to clean the small intestine as thoroughly as we clean the large intestine. The small intestine is where 70% of your immune system reside unfortunately that's where the majority of parasites reside as well.

Ingesting an anti parasitic through your esophagus means it has to go through your stomach which means the digestive enzymes take away it's effectiveness. Taking that same anti parasitic via an enema seems like a logical option but very little of the supplement will get to the small intestine due to the mechanics of the human body. What other options are there?
