This is an interesting subject to me. i have also researched and tried different ways to absorb anti helminths substances in the blood :
You can ingest the substances but it may be altered by the stomach juices and others digestive juices before reaching the blood.
You can spread a "mist" of the substances and inhale it.
You can put the substances on the skin on strategic areas.
You can inject the substances in the rectum and apparently it can reach the liver and maybe some of it may reach the blood without being transformed by the liver.

One problem remains : how to reach the worm with a high enough concentration of the substances if they have the ability to "sense" the substances and unhook or move to others parts of the body...
