Re: Chronic Migraine Pain Relief Personal Experience

Have you tried Magnesium ? It is essential but deficient in the average diet, unless you consume lots of green vegetables, whole grains and seeds, root vegetables & fish. An Epsom Salt bath will help as will Magnesium supplements.
Low magnesium can lead to : Inability to sleep or insomnia, Irritability, Sensitivity to noise, Mental disturbances, Anxiety, depression, restlessness, Muscle soreness or spasms like Charlie Horse, muscle weakness or quick tiredness, Infertility or PMS, High levels of stress , Headaches & Migraines, Heart “flutters” or palpitations , Arrythmia, High Blood Pressure, higher cholesterol and triglycerides, congestive heart failure, Fatigue or unusual tiredness, Coldness in extremities, Fuzzy brain or difficulty concentrating , Allergies and sensitivities, Lack of appetite, Back pain, Body Odor , Bad short term memory, Poor coordination, Insulin resistance and Diabetes, Carbohydrate cravings, Constipation, Frequent cavities or poor dental health, brittle teeth, Gut disorders, Kidney stones, Thyroid problems, Asthma and Emphysema, Osteoporosis, ADD & ADHD, Fibromyalgia or chronic pain. If you have 3 or more of these symptoms with migraines, low Magnesium may be the cause.
