Chronic Migraine Pain Relief Personal Experience

I know how it feels to have a migraine of the worst kind because I have experienced this type of migraine head pain. I am talking about the kind of migraine that wakes you up from sleep at 4 AM in the morning type of head pain. But first let me tell you when it all began. When I was a young teen at about the age of 14 is when I first began to experience migraine head aches. The head pain would always show up on my left temple and slowly move into my left eye to the point that I had to close my left eye because of the pain and light sensitivity.

At the time I remember that I love drinking coffee for breakfast and sometimes we would run out of coffee and I would just drink orange juice. At some point I new that what ever was causing the pain had to be something that I was eating or drinking. It so happened that just as long that I drank my morning coffee I was ok. So I decided to not drink coffee for a week and about the 3rd day the migraines came back that after noon at about 1PM in the afternoon at school. For the rest of the week every day at about the same time 1PM in the after noon the migraines would start and last for about 2 hours. I had heard that caffeine in the coffee can cause migraines. I new then that the way to stop the migraines from coming back I needed top STOP drinking coffee and drink lots of water to help with the detox process and let the caffeine run its course through my body. So everyday at about 1PM for the next 5 days I would get the migraines until the 6th day the migraines never came back.
