Mary, I just noticed something. I didn't know what a PB shake was, but now that you said it's Psyllium Bentonite, I recognize it.

The Bowel Cleanse that I was taking specifically says it does not include psyllium based chemicals due to it's ability to cause bloating gas and discomfort.

Does that happen when you take PB?
