I've tried something similar to that diet for 2 weeks and I didn't really notice a reduction but that's just me and my case is very unique. My question is what are you doing for protein? you're supposed to get around 50 grams a day I think. I want to try a diet like you're doing again but without so much caffeine and I don't know what to do for protein besides the lentils, almonds, chick peas and hemp seed powder. Unfortunately after 2 weeks I got depressed and hopeless that it's going to work and went back to junk.
