Re: Biggest diet culprits: under-eating & low-carb
You've speculated that an array of
parasites might be causing your problems, but the only thing that some who-knows-who doctor found was amoebiasis, but you yourself later said you don't think that's what's causing all your problems. You've seemed to have taken enough anti-
parasite cleanes and medications to wipe out all
parasites known to man, but you're still sick. Did that doctor prescribe you something for amoebiasis? Did you feel any different after taking it?
You've stated here how many calories you think you're averaging and it was shockingly low. When a person only gets that low amount of calories, they become weak & sick and their digestion weakens as a result. I'm not saying a person will be able to immediately start eating enough to get their recommended amount of calories. They most likely have to work up to it, but slowly increasing their calorie-intake will start to improve them so they can eventually start getting enough calories.
I suggest you start doing this by tracking your calorie-intake daily.
Two of the people my advice helped later acknowledged that they had an eating disorder.
