Your period has stopped because you're simply not getting enough calories and it will further make sense when you see what "chronic candida" really is.

Only time Sugar feeds candida is when you're eating too much fat which slows down glucose absorption into the cells and causes blood Sugar to remain high, otherwise the Sugar from carbs absorbs into the cells where it is meant to go for fuel.

I recommend you get on a high-carb/low-fat diet with sufficient calories and you'll start feeling better just as this person did after many months with no improvement on a low-carb anti-candida diet.
