Newport inspired Sourdough spiced Rye

1st attempt is in the oven now!
Made (sourdough) sweet cinnamon & almonds cake 15 years ago... so this is new to me...

improvised to:
1 cup "Breadtopia" San Fran sourdough starter with Red Fife
2 cups non GMO Red Fife Flour fine with some course
3 cups Rye Flour Bob's red mill
1 tsp Malt Syrup
1 tsp each Turmeric, Garam Masala and Caraway(1/2 tsp ground, 1/2 whole seed)
3 tsp Salt morton's canning & pickling
3 Drops of SSKI magnetized in 1.5 cups distilled water
A few drops of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
culling through many sourdough pages.. I believe It may be little short on water.. only because I did not get to store in time...so, last of me water for the night! proof/ rise 8 hrs in Staub (GIANT ELVIS SIZED) cast iron pot(Dutch oven)safe to say this green one is much larger than the red one in Newport's pictures... yes i noticed it rising...will update..anyone? sourdough tips? lots of baking going on!!!lololololololololo
