The thing with the thyroid tests, especially when new to supplementing iodine/selenium is that the numbers have little value.

So many people, myself included have "perfectly normal" T4, T3 and TSH however my metabolism seems to think otherwise.

When you first start a supplementation protocol its very common for some of your thyroid numbers to go outside of lab range as your body acclimates to the new norm and until things reach homeostasis your just watching a bouncing ball.
