Re: Apple cider vinegar and histamine foods

Intersting that fermented foods(vinegar) can be high in histamine. So some people might be thinking that they are having a die-off reaction with apple cider vinegar when they could really be having a overload of histamine causing brain fog. I think some people can confuse die-off  with histamine overload. It could make sense that their is a correlation of consuming vinegar and it resulting in excess itching.

What I found intersting is the article states that 2000mg of vitamin C can help with histamine and folic acid can produce histamine. Opinion on that statement?
