Not having parasites isn't a good sign necessarily, but it probably more accurately reflects the limitations of testing than the actual reality. Some parasites should always be present.

The mood swings is probably due to blood sugar imbalances which fungal candida can create.
The hemorrhoids probably indicates a congested liver/gall bladder, which is common with fungal candida and low levels of HCL in the stomach.
