hows the rest of your diet? Do you get enough nutrients? I have relatives that would benefit greatly from Iodine IMO, however the problem is that their diet consists of cookies, cakes, crackers, pretzels, etc..so just giving them Iodine to take is pointless IMO. I take selenium, but for minerals I take blackstrap molasses throughout the day in water with ACV.. Tastes good and provides lots of minerals im sure my body can use.. Also important not to consume too much white flour,white Sugar products as they deplete our bodies of nutrients.. just my 2 cents
