I get a lot of concentrated nutrients via fresh squeezed juice carrot, beet, lemon, all kinds of greens, apple, ginger, cayenne, fruits, etc etc. If I can't buy juice, I make hot soup with green powder, turmeric, garlic, ginger, onion powder. I eat a lot of macrobiotic, whole foods, raw foods. I also take supplements customized for me via hair sample analysis and nutritional recommendation. And I fast periodically.
