First Dose Lugols 5

I just got my first bottle Lugol's 5%. I'm sitting here staring at it and feel like when I take my first dose of 50 mg after I get done posting this, it will, for me, be like discovering that the world is round instead of flat, or like I'm stepping off the edge of a precipice into the great unknown.

Only it won't be the unknown because I've read so much on this forum since I discovered it by accident 10 days ago.

I'm fully prepared with co-factors and most everything I need for detox help. I've been sick for so long that I'm thinking the detox is going to be harsh.

So, here I go! I'll post updates regularly.
