Hello. We're in Philadelphia. And we see all kinds of wisdom teeth on daily bases. It would be nice if I can take a look at your x rays or 3D CT Scan. If you have good diagnostic materials it shouldn't be a problem for a good dentist or an oral surgeon to give at least 2-3 different treatment options for your wisdom teeth issues.
