Urgent advice needed constipation after fasting

Hello.

My mom (71) has been diagnosed with ovarian cysts. The larger one was/is 6x6cm. She went on a protocol to cure it by fasting, drinking certain tea, certain vegetable and roots drink and topical ointments (from a notable herbalist). During the fasting she was doing enemas.

Prior to this fasting (close to 50 days) she never had problems with constipation before. She was very regular, up to a few time per day.

After the fasting, she is having some serious problems. The feces comes all the way down, and then just sits at the exit. The urge is there, she sits on the toilet, and nothing happens. In the meantime, this has caused hemorrhoids.

The stool itself is not hard, but seems to be totally devoided of any fat. SHe is eating the Budwig diet, fruits and vegetables, and has eliminated cottage chesse and flax seed oil from it due to fear of constipation.

In recent days she has been taking Triphala (4 grams daily), Aole very, psillyium, today even Castor Oil. No movement. She is bloated and gassy, and the the urge to go is there, but nothing happens.

Searching the internet, i don't really know what else to try. It's been about 7-8 days since she started eating. The only time she went was with suppository, and that was only mariginaly successful.

Any ideas on what is going on and how to correct the problem?
