It sounds like you both have candida. I had the same things! But the fact that you lost so much weight could mean a parasite. Buy some paragone and see if you notice anything in our bowels ! Also candida produces it's own gas! Which is how yeast makes bread rise. This explains the abnormal stomach noise, even once the bowels are emptied and there is no food in the stomach.
