I have suffered with chronic insomnia for 4 years it has been a nightmare, then I read in the daily mail about taking 1 handful of brazil nuts with a glass of milk (I have now found after trying various amounts of brazil nuts) I that I need 30grms of brazil nuts with a full glass of milk about 3/4 of a pint and I have slept every night since I got settled on the 30grms of nuts and the milk I take them about 3/4 hour before I want to go to sleep then I am out till 8am.of course the amount of brazil nuts might depend on your weight height ect.BUT ITS NAURAL AND IT HAS WORKED FOR ME.i think I is worth giving it a try but you might have to experiment with the amout of nuts at first.I MUST TELL YOU I HAVE HAD TRIED ALL SORTS OF SLEEPING PILLS FROM THE DOCTOR & THEY HAVE NOT HELPED AT ALL.JUST MADE ME FEEL AWFUL & STILL NO SLEEP.
PLEASE GIVE IT GO once I got onto 30grms TRY FOR A WEEK,i bet you get some sleep xx xx xx I know insomnia can drive you crazy so what have you got to loose..........................
