Initially I intended on 14. It was the fact that the second week was so easy, that lead me to continue. It had an addicting aspect to it, a relaxing aspect to it. Not having to worry about food, and being able to pay more attention to the real structure of my life.
I don't feel I looked younger, but I did lose much weight. I do find the fat loss is not even, and that exercise will be necessary for me to balance myself out and make sure I do not get pudgy in the process of re-feeding.
My skin became awful, and did not improve. I am currently infested in acne.
